Ask for pricing
Repair and/or refurb pricing varies wildly from case to case. It generally includes shipping both ways, material cost, and labor hours.
Head
$800 USD
Price is for flexible TPU heads. Heads can be cast expanding foam or TPU
Expanding foam is lighter and softer
TPU heads can be made much smaller and thinner without becoming weak
Expanding foam adds $65
Minor tweaks and most expression changes add $10 to $25
Heads that require heavy custom modeling start at +$100
4-finger hand paws
$270 USD (fully-lined)
Has a lightweight lining that extends to the wrist and covers the raw fur edge
Gives a more premium look and feel, but can be more difficult to wear and offer lower flexibility
$255 USD (semi-lined)
Has lightweight lining only on the rear of each finger (to keep the stuffing in), and wrist cuffing
Fur backing is visible inside the paws, but they are easier to wear and are more flexible than fully-lined paws
Finger escapes add $25
Claws add $35
Arm sleeves
$110 USD
Can either use a strap or elastic cuffing to hold the sleeves in place
Legs
$150 USD
Can either use belt loops or a small waist harness to hold the legs in place
Foot paws
$275 USD (sock paws)
$300 USD (plantigrade hard-bottomed)
$325 USD (digitigrade hard-bottomed)
Hard-bottomed paws use slippers as a base and a layer of 0.5" EVA foam underneath. Outdoor paws have a sheet of shoe sole rubber on the bottom.
Tail
$75 USD (nub tails)
$110 USD (medium tails)
$200 USD (big tails)
$325 USD (oversize tails / floor-draggers)
Oversize tails are any stuffed tails expected to weigh 8lbs or more, or any air tails expected to weigh 6lbs or more. Oversize tails may require a harness to wear, and floor-draggers come with a pair of tail wraps to keep the dragging fur from getting damaged. Clear vinyl or decorative fabric is fine for indoor use, but I would strongly recommend aramid fabric or a non-fabric material for outdoor use
The main difference between oversize tails and floor-draggers is oversize tails do not touch the ground, while floor-draggers do. Oversize tails tend to be more physically tiring to wear, but floor-draggers can be stepped on or get caught on objects
Medium & larger tails can use an inflatable pool toy instead of traditional stuffing. I strongly recommend floor draggers and oversize tails use air instead of stuffing to cut down on weight. Air tails add at least $20 and come with extra pool toys and a patch kit. Optional $10 for a manual air pump or $25 for an electric air pump
Add-ons / extra features
Cooling fan
$50 USD (simple)
Uses a battery bank & premium Noctua® fan for minimal noise and vibration. Additional simple fans past the first are $25 each as long as they share the same battery

Uses a premium Noctua® fan & integrated battery for maximum convenience and space savings
LEDs
$75 USD (simple)
Uses a battery bank
$125 USD (deluxe)

Audio components
$200 USD
Items such as bluetooth headphones, speakers, voice amplifiers, and hearing aids. Still somewhat experimental, so I'd recommend skipping this one for now
Ear vents
$40 USD
Vents in the ears improve airflow, reducing temperature inside the head. Pairs well with multiple cooling fans
Moving jaw
$115 USD
Moving jaws are hinged on a set of nylon & glass ball bearings and utilize a solid ABS structure
Magnetic eyelids
$30 USD
An extra eyelid set can be added for $15
Magnetic hair
$10 USD
Magnetic tongue
$10 USD
Zippered tail
$35 USD
Zippered foot paws
$80 USD
Cowl lining
$25 USD
Spandex mesh lining for the neck
Slim neck
Slim necks require a zipper on the back of the head and will restrict movement somewhat, but don't appear baggy like standard necks
$30 USD (external cowl)
The cowl is designed to sit on top of a shirt or body suit. Virtually every fursuit uses an external cowl
$35 USD (internal cowl)
The cowl is designed to be tucked into a shirt or bodysuit. An elastic loop underneath each arm keeps the cowl in place. Gives the suit a more seamless appearance, but the head becomes much more difficult to remove. Internal cowls are extremely form over function, and I strongly suggest inexperienced fursuiters go with the external cowl option instead. External cowls can easily be converted to internal once you are comfortable, or you can do the conversion yourself. It's a simple and quick modification
Fursuit shoes
$25 USD (sandals)
$100 USD (shoes)
Finished seams
Visible seams have an extra blanket stitch or hinge stitch on the fur edge - largely a cosmetic add-on. Unavailable on fully-lined parts

Partially-lined heads only
$80 USD (hand paws)
Semi-lined paws only
$10 USD (arm / leg sleeves)
Unlined sleeves only
$150 USD (body suits)
